SINGLE DAY GENERAL ADMISSION PASSES
$150 (inclusive of fees)
A Single Day General Admission pass grants access to the festival and to visit the GA campgrounds for the day selected.
Planning to drive to The Woodlands? Day Parking is available at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort.
WEEKEND GENERAL ADMISSION PASSES
$450 (inclusive of fees)
A Weekend General Admission pass gives you access to The Woodlands for all four days of shows, as well as the GA campgrounds.
Intend to stay in GA Camping? You or a member of your group must purchase a GA Camping Pass (choose from tent-only camping, car camping, RV camping or tent rental options). One camping pass is required per campsite. Each campsite includes parking for one vehicle unless otherwise noted.
Staying in GA Camping but not arriving with your group? Secure a safe, accessible overnight parking spot for your car for the weekend and go join your friends in the campgrounds with an Overnight Parking Pass.
Planning to drive to The Woodlands each day? Day Parking is available at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort.
GLEN CLOSE PASSES
A Glen Close pass gives you access to The Woodlands for all four days of shows, as well as to the GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds.
Glen Close weekend passes may only be purchased as part of a Glen Close Camping package.
BONUS TRACK PASSES
A Bonus Track pass grants access to all four days of shows, and the GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds.
Bonus Track weekend passes may only be purchased as part of a Bonus Track Camping package.
THE FULL MONDE PASSES
A The Full Monde pass gives you access to The Woodlands for all four days of shows, as well as access to the GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds.
The Full Monde weekend passes may only be purchased as part of a The Full Monde package.

Foundation Passes
Single Day Foundation Access
$300 (inclusive of fees)
A Foundation Pass enhances your festival experience with access to the Foundation Lounge on the day of your choosing, where you’ll find:
- Foundation viewing platform
- Air-conditioned lounge with tasty food including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options
- Cash bar featuring a selection of cocktails, craft beers and wines
- Comfortable, shaded lounge area with seating to relax
- Waterwheel raffle of Phish memorabilia and merchandise
- Limited merchandise shopping opportunity
- Private, air-conditioned restrooms
- Water refill station
- On-site host
In addition, Foundation Passholders will receive:
- Access to an express entry lane at each festival entrance
- One numbered mini-print per pass for your day of attendance shipped directly to your home
The Foundation Lounge will open when the concert venue opens, and will close one hour post-show.
A Foundation Pass alone does not grant access to the festival. To access the concert venue, you must also purchase a festival admission pass (GA, Glen Close, The Full Monde, Bonus Track).

Local Shuttles
Live or staying nearby? Hitch a ride on a local shuttle all weekend long.
Select from the Wilmington, Dover or Georgetown line at check out.
Round trip Local Shuttle service will run from participating hotels on specific departure schedules starting one hour prior to the concert venue opening each show day. Return service from Mondegreen will end 60 minutes after the concert ends each night. Service schedules for each line will be shared closer to the event.

Long Distance Shuttles
Long Distance Shuttles offer comfortable, one-way service between the festival and Philadelphia, Baltimore or Washington DC.
Select your location and departure time at check out.
All long distance shuttles are sold as one-way rides. Don’t forget to book your return trip!
Return trips run 60 minutes after the concert ends each night.
Mondegreen Shuttle Passes alone do not include access to the festival. Festival admission passes sold separately. All riders must have a valid GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close or The Full Monde pass to access the concert venue.
Long Distance Shuttle passes will be fulfilled as Mobile ID tickets. Present your Mobile ID ticket when you board to have your ticket validated. All riders must also have a valid GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close or The Full Monde pass.

DAY PARKING - WEEKEND ACCESS

Day Parking is available at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest festival entrance. To help preserve the environment, we strongly encourage carpooling!
Weekend access Day Parking passes grant access for the duration of the weekend. If you leave and return, your parking space will not be saved, but you may re-enter the Day Parking lot at no additional charge.
A Day Parking pass (Weekend Access) includes:
- Day Parking for one (1) vehicle
- In & Out privileges
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IN DAY PARKING LOT
Violators will be ticketed and towed.

DAY PARKING - SINGLE DAY ACCESS
$20 (inclusive of fees)
Day Parking is available at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest festival entrance. To help preserve the environment, we strongly encourage carpooling!
Single Day Parking passes grant access to the Day Parking lot on the day of your choosing. Re-entry is not permitted.
A Day Parking - Single Day pass includes:

OVERNIGHT PARKING - WEEKEND ACCESS
$50 (inclusive of fees)
Secure a safe, accessible overnight parking spot for your car for the weekend and go join your friends in the campgrounds.
An Overnight Parking pass includes:
- One (1) Overnight Parking vehicle pass
- One (1) 9’ x 18’ parking space located in a private parking lot in close proximity to the campgrounds (select GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close or The Full Monde at checkout)
- In & Out privileges
A valid festival wristband is required for entry to the Overnight Parking lots.
All vehicles are subject to a thorough search.
No sleeping in cars in the Overnight Parking lots.
Pass & Order Information
- All ages are welcome. Children 8 and under do not require a pass, but must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian
- Your pass is an RFID-enabled wristband worn for all days it is valid
- Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed
- Wristband activation is required
- Show will take place rain or shine
- Set times are subject to change without notice
- There is an eight (8) admission pass limit per order, household or customer account. Glen Close Group Car Camping is an exception with a sixteen (16) pass limit per order, household or customer account containing a Glen Close Group Car Camping purchase. Orders exceeding these limits may be canceled without notice
- Prices are inclusive of fees for all admission passes and camping packages purchased via AXS
- All sales are final - no refunds
- The name on the original order cannot be changed
- All campers must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Rules & restrictions apply. There is an 8 pass per order limit for this event. Any orders that exceed the limit are subject to cancellation without notice

Shipping Info
- $7.00 per order for Domestic Shipping
- $25.00 per order for International Shipping
- Make sure to input a valid shipping address at the time of purchase
- Orders placed separately are shipped separately
- Wristband shipping will begin in July 2024 and may take a few weeks to complete
- International customers will have the option to choose International Shipping or Will Call at time of purchase
- Wristbands will ship via UPS Mail Innovations
- Orders will not be re-shipped or shipped twice under any circumstances - no exceptions
- Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped due to any circumstances (lost, stolen, errors, forgot something, dog scared the postman, stuck in limbo, not shipped, returned to sender, etc.) will be required to be picked up at Will Call by the original purchaser
- A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please also check your spam folder. Mondegreen and AXS are not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery
Payment Plans
Payment Plans are no longer available
- Payment Plans are available for all orders over $400, until April 30, 2024.
- A $4 fee per installment is charged for payment plans
- You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan
- You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments
- Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total
- Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process
- No refunds, cancellations or exchanges
- If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay
- If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time
- Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges
- Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full
- Note: Fee per installment and restocking fees do not apply to Travel Package Payment Plan purchases
Waitlist
If your preferred Mondegreen pass type is no longer available for purchase, you can sign up for the Waitlist, which allows you to hold your place in line with a $5.00 deposit per item. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically if/once your Waitlist request becomes fulfilled. If your request is not fulfilled, your deposit will be refunded.
Through your AXS FanAccount, you can view, manage and cancel your Waitlist request at any time prior to the request being fulfilled.
You may join more than one Waitlist at a time. However, please cancel your extra Waitlist request(s) if/once one of your requests is fulfilled.
Here’s how it works…
- Simply click "Join Waitlist" to get started.
- Select from available pass options/types.
- There is a deposit of $5 for signing up for each waitlist item type per order.
- Example (4 admission passes) & (1 RV spot) would be a $10 deposit.
- If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the balance due. All sales are final.
- Orders will only be fulfilled if inventory is available for every item in your order.
- Do not sign-up multiple times for the same item. This will not help your chances. Review pass & camping spot limit details/rules.
- Remember everyone camping also needs to have a festival pass. (It's ok if you ordered those separately.)
- You will be sent an email from AXS if/when your order is fulfilled.
- You must also check your FanAccount regularly in case you miss the email notification. Phish Mondegreen / The Woodlands / AXS are not responsible for failed/blocked/mis-delivered/bounced email delivery.
Some important notes…
- Waitlist orders are filled on first come, first serve availability.
- There is no way to see your place in line.
- If inventory does not become available and your order cannot be fulfilled, then your deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the festival has passed.
- Completing a waitlist request DOES NOT guarantee passes or camping for the event and are subject to availability.
- If you wish to cancel your request, you can do so via Fan Account.
- Waitlist orders cannot be canceled until 48 hours after your initial request..
- You must cancel any request you do not want fulfilled. There are no reversals of orders filled.*
- Sorry, payment plans are not available for waitlist orders.
- Payments that cannot be processed due to cardholder issues (lack of funds, etc) will cause the Waitlist request to be canceled. In the event this occurs, you will need to rejoin the waitlist.
