The festival is all ages, but is specifically targeted at ages 24, 37 and 46. Children eight (8) years and younger are free in GA and all campgrounds.
Attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. The accompanying adult can be a friend, family member or guardian. The accompanying adult must be human, or at least humanoid.

No. All weekend passes are non-transferable wristbands, which must be worn at all times during the event.

Yes, payment plans are available for most purchases, until April 30, 2024. Learn more on the Passes page.
There is a no refund policy. You can update your shipping address via your AXS FanAccount to have your passes shipped to someone else. Once passes have been shipped, addresses cannot be changed and orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.

If your preferred Mondegreen pass type is no longer available for purchase, you can sign up for the Waitlist, which allows you to hold your place in line with a $5.00 deposit per item. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically if/once your Waitlist request becomes fulfilled. If your request is not fulfilled, your deposit will be refunded.
Through your AXS FanAccount, you can view, manage and cancel your Waitlist request at any time prior to the request being fulfilled.

Eligible Glen Close and The Full Monde buyers have the opportunity to purchase additional admission passes for their package after purchase. Information on how to add these passes was sent directly to purchasers via email on February 26, 2024.
Single day tickets are not currently available for Mondegreen and are never guaranteed. The best way to ensure you can attend is to purchase a weekend admission pass.
If you are not camping, you will need to park in Day Parking or be dropped-off at the designated rideshare drop-off area; details coming soon!
Day Parking is available for $40.00 for the entire weekend for commuters. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING in Day Parking lots. Day Parking weekend passes will be mobile tickets, are valid for re-entry, and are transferable between vehicles.
There is an ADA section available at the front of the Day Parking lot for vehicles displaying a valid ADA placard. ADA shuttles will run between ADA Day Parking and the Festival entrance for guests with mobility issues.
Day Parking lot hours will be shared closer to the Festival, but you can count on the lot being open well in advance of music starting, and at least an hour after programming ends.
A camping pass is not required for entry to the Day Parking lot. More information on Day Parking is available here.
Overnight Parking is the only overnight parking option at Mondegreen that allows in & out privileges. Park your car in the Overnight Parking lot and join your friends at their campsite in the campgrounds!
Overnight Parking is purchasable for each campground area (GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close and The Full Monde). You must have a Glen Close or The Full Monde admission pass in order to park in Glen Close or The Full Monde Overnight Parking lots.
Overnight Parking will be available Wednesday 8am ET through Monday 12pm ET.

Yes - select 'Family Camping' from the GA Car Camping - Thursday Arrival options when checking out for access to the Family Camping lot. Family Camping is for families and those looking for a quieter camping option. Get a good night's sleep with quiet hours enforced after music ends nightly.
Family camping is located in the GA campgrounds on the South side of the property approximately 0.5 miles (10 minute walk) from the festival entrance.

You may camp in your car in the GA or Glen Close Car Camping campgrounds only. For the safety of all campers, absolutely NO running vehicles are permitted in the campgrounds.
Every vehicle entering the grounds will require a separate camping vehicle pass. These passes are sold on a per vehicle basis, so you can save money and reduce your environmental impact by carpooling.

No tow-behind pop-ups, teardrops, campers or trailers of any kind. Even if they fit in a 10’x30’ space, any and all tow-behinds must have an RV pass and be parked in RV camping.

If you are planning to camp, you or someone in your group must have a valid camping pass (GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close or The Full Monde) regardless of whether you plan to bring a vehicle. This pass grants you access to a specific campsite where you can set up camp for the weekend.
If no one in your group is bringing a vehicle, there will be pedestrian entrances at camping check in to validate your camping pass and direct you to a campsite.
GA camping includes access to shared portable bathroom and shower facilities, as well as Camping Pods equipped with knowledgeable staff, free water refill, ice sales, charging, trash/recycling drop off, and shared charcoal grills. Food, beverage, and convenience items are available for purchase at select Camping Pod locations in the campgrounds.
You bet! Outside food and beverage is permitted in the campgrounds. However, all vehicles are subject to search, no glass is permitted, and no unauthorized vending.

Yes, as long as it fits within the footprint of your RV campsite. All RV campsites are 25 x 45.
Pop-up campers, pull behind travel trailers and RVs are not allowed in tent camping campsites. Please purchase a RV Camping pass if you plan on bringing any of these.
No. Only tow vehicles and/or RV’s are permitted in the GA, Bonus Track or Glen Close RV campgrounds. Additional vehicles may purchase an Overnight Parking pass to park for the weekend and join their friends in the campgrounds.
No. Shade and pop-up tents are permitted in RV camping lots, however tent camping inside RV camping lots is NOT permitted.
GA RV Camping is located in the GA campgrounds on the South side of the property. Powered GA RV sites are approximately 0.5 miles (10 minute walk) from the festival entrance. Dry RV sites are approximately 0.8 miles (15 minute walk) from the festival entrance.
You will be prompted to select either 30 AMP or 50 AMP power service when purchasing your RV Camping pass via AXS. Please determine whether your RV will require 30 AMP or 50 AMP power before purchasing your passes. If you selected the incorrect power hookup, please reach out to AXS Tickets to update your order.
No. We can not allow uncredentialed guests into the campgrounds for safety reasons. All guests entering the campgrounds must have a Mondegreen pass in order to enter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but for the safety of all guests, we cannot allow exceptions to this rule. We recommend identifying a public location (i.e. a park-and-ride) nearby to have your RV delivered for you to pick up and drive into the campgrounds.
You are welcome to run a generator at your RV campsite ONLY, but it must be stored and operated properly. All generators are subject to inspection by the City of Dover Fire Marshall and festival staff. Generators may NOT be used in any other camping lots.
If your generator is excessively loud or disruptive, you may be asked to shut it off. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
No! The parking staff will direct you to your camping area when you arrive. Groups who wish to camp in the same vicinity should plan to meet far from the festival grounds to line up their vehicles and stay together prior to entering the gates. It will not be possible to hold spaces for other vehicles arriving later.
Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.
If you plan to drive in and out of the event grounds over the weekend, you should purchase Day Parking or an Overnight Parking pass.
If a car is parked and left unattended on any public road it WILL BE TOWED at the owner’s expense.
It is ESSENTIAL that all vehicle lanes be kept clear at all times. Please help us by reminding your neighbors that this is for your safety as well as theirs.
Camping check in will be available beginning Wednesday, August 14 for pass types that include Early Wednesday Arrival, or Thursday, August 15 through Saturday, August 17. Check in daily hours of operation will be shared closer to the Festival.
Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.
If you must leave early, your vehicle will not be able to re-enter once it has left the campgrounds.
Yes, but not vice versa. Anyone entering Bonus Track, Glen Close, or The Full Monde camping must have a Glen Close, Bonus Track or The Full Monde camping wristband.
All Full Monde RV Rental purchasers will be responsible for any damage to RVs, will abide by all applicable rules and regulations and will be required to enter into a user rental agreement at check-in. Purchasers will be required to place a security deposit via credit card authorization prior to arrival.

Yes. Pre-set The Full Monde Glamping tents will be grouped by type, with exception of guests with an ADA accommodation that requires the unit location to be adjusted.
We are not accepting proximity requests at this time. If you are hoping to camp near your friends, we recommend you arrive to the campgrounds together so you can check in at the same time. Please note, you must have the same pass type (RV Rental / Bell Tent Rental, etc.) in order to camp next to each other.
Yes, Glen Close & Bonus Track RV Camping (Bring Your Own RV) guests will be provided contact information at check-in for servicing they can arrange for a fee. The Full Monde RV Rental (RV Provided) packages include one (1) waste water pump and refill.

Additionally, CamelBak style bladder carriers must have no more than ONE pocket in addition to the compartment that hold the water bladder. Safety and security are at the core of an enjoyable experience at The Woodlands.
We work with local, state, and federal authorities to ensure the safest possible experience for our fans, staff,
volunteers, and artists. Uniformed and plain-clothed security are present throughout the venue and are available
24/7 to respond and assist with any safety or security needs.
To ensure everyone’s safety, some of the security measures you will notice upon your arrival include vehicle searches, bag checks, walk-through metal detectors for all staff and attendees, and weapon and explosives dog sweeps.
If you see something, say something. If anything seems out of place or suspicious, please notify the nearest security, medical or general staff member.
The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any pass holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, promoter or event terms, conditions or rules, then the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the pass holder to leave the venue and such pass holder will not be entitled to a refund.
COVID-19 WARNING
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available HERE.
If you or someone you know needs medical assistance at the festival, flag down nearby emergency staff or go to the nearest First Aid location.
First Aid locations are safe spaces. Be honest with emergency personnel. They are there to help you.
Any information provided to emergency personnel is kept confidential.
Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and review the festival map before arrival.
