Mondegreen is a four-day festival taking place on August 15 - 18, 2024. Mondegreen is located at The Woodlands in Dover, DE, Dover Motor Speedway, 1131 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901.

The GA campgrounds will open at 8AM on Thursday, August 15.

The Bonus Track, Glen Close and The Full Monde campgrounds will open at 8AM on Wednesday, August 14.

The festival is all ages, but is specifically targeted at ages 24, 37 and 46. Children eight (8) years and younger are free in GA and all campgrounds.

Attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older. The accompanying adult can be a friend, family member or guardian. The accompanying adult must be human, or at least humanoid.

Yes! Lockers are available to reserve in advance for single days and the whole weekend.

No unlicensed vending will be allowed at the festival. If you’re interested in food or craft vending, please fill out the Food Vendor Application or Craft Vendor Application.

We are excited to have Clean Vibes join us at Mondegreen to help keep The Woodlands clean and green.

Those who wish to register as a part of the Clean Vibes Green Team must pay a refundable Wristband deposit through Clean Vibes. Please note that a position on the Clean Vibes Green Team is not confirmed until the refundable deposit of $500 has been submitted.

Yes, payment plans are available for most purchases, until April 30, 2024. Learn more on the Passes page.

There is a no refund policy. Shipping address updates via your Mondegreen FanAccount to have your passes shipped to someone else were accepted until July 1, 2024. Once passes have been shipped, addresses cannot be changed and orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.

If you purchased a Mondegreen Travel Package, you were able to transfer your order until June 3, 2024 by contacting 100x Hospitality.

If your preferred Mondegreen pass type is no longer available for purchase, you can sign up for the Waitlist, which allows you to hold your place in line with a $5.00 deposit per item. Through your AXS FanAccount, you can view, manage and cancel your Waitlist request at any time prior to the request being fulfilled.

Yes. You can upgrade your purchase as supplies last. Downgrades or refunds are not permitted. Eligible Glen Close and The Full Monde buyers have the opportunity to purchase additional admission passes for their package after purchase. Information on how to add these passes was sent directly to purchasers via email on February 26, 2024.

You may purchase a weekend camping pass and arrive on the day of your Single Day GA admission. The campgrounds tollbooth will be open throughout the entire weekend. Review the Camping Guide for details. Once you depart the campgrounds, you will not be able to re-enter.

No. A Foundation Pass grants access to the Foundation Lounge when the concert venue opens through one hour post-show. Foundation Pass purchasers may also enter the festival venue through an express entry lane.

All ages are allowed in the Foundation Lounge. Children 8 years and younger are free in the festival and in the Foundation Lounge. All festival attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult age 18 years or older.

If you are not camping, you will need to take a shuttle, park in Day Parking or be dropped-off at the designated rideshare drop-off area.

Day Parking is available for $40.00 for the entire weekend or $20 for a single day for commuters. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING in Day Parking lots. Day Parking passes will be mobile tickets, are valid for re-entry, and are transferable between vehicles.

There is an ADA section available at the front of the Day Parking lot for vehicles displaying a valid ADA placard. ADA shuttles will run between ADA Day Parking and the Festival entrance for guests with mobility issues.

Day Parking lot hours are posted in the Parking Guide.

A camping pass is not required for entry to the Day Parking lot. More information on Day Parking is available.

Overnight Parking is the only overnight parking option at Mondegreen that allows in & out privileges. Park your car in the Overnight Parking lot and join your friends at their campsite in the campgrounds!

Overnight Parking is purchasable for each campground area (GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close and The Full Monde). You must have a Glen Close or The Full Monde admission pass in order to park in Glen Close or The Full Monde Overnight Parking lots.

Overnight Parking will be available Wednesday 8am ET through Monday 12pm ET.

Overnight Parking lot locations will be available closer to the festival.

Should you miss your scheduled long distance shuttle to Mondegreen you may ride on standby for the next available departure time. Note that based on reservations, the next publicly advertised departure time may not be the next available departure time. Your friendly shuttle check in staff will be able to inform you of your options once you have arrived.

There is only one daily outbound departure, at the end of each night. Shuttles depart approximately 60 minutes following the end of the concert.

Shuttle passes are not refundable.

If you are picking up your festival admission wristband from the Box Office, you may still ride your Mondegreen Shuttle. Please present your confirmation email upon boarding for validation.

Yes! Children 8 years and younger are free in the festival and on the shuttle. All festival attendees 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult age 18 years or older.

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Yes! Travel Packages abide by the standard festival age guidelines – children eight (8) years old and younger have free admission to the festival in GA and are able to join you in your hotel and on the round-trip transportation without any additional steps on your side.

Your Travel Package includes one room with sleeping arrangements for up to TWO or FOUR people, depending on the package purchased.

The cutoff date to submit Travel Package requests was on or before June 3rd, 2024. At this time, any requests to merge an additional night reservation with your Travel Package should be directed to the hotel (please wait to contact the hotel until 2-3 weeks prior to check-in).

All details regarding your Mondegreen Travel Package will be emailed to the lead purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, in the weeks leading up to the event. Festival passes and shuttle wristbands will be shipped to the lead purchaser prior to arriving for the weekend, which means you’ll only need to check-in with the hotel upon arriving at the hotel you selected.

PLEASE NOTE: If you transferred your package, all communication will be emailed to the new package holder including the Festival passes and shuttle wristbands which will be shipped to the new address.

100x abides by each hotel’s policy. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until you check in.

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. Please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees. Parking Fees are subject to change, and determined by each hotel.

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Please note incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

All Travel Packages include 4-day General Admission (GA) passes to Mondegreen on August 15, 16th, 17th and 18th.

All festival passes included in your Travel Package will be shipped to the guest who purchased the Travel Package (unless transferred on or before June 3rd). Wristband fulfillment will begin in the weeks leading up to the festival. Your festival pass is an RFID-enabled wristband that must be worn every day of the festival. 

Travel Package guests will also be shipped their shuttle wristband to the shipping address provided during checkout.

No. The June 3rd, 2024 deadline to change your shipping address for Travel Package purchases has passed, so address change requests cannot be accommodated at this time. Wristbands will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

No. If you choose to drive yourself to the festival instead of utilizing the shuttle provided with your Travel Package, you will need to purchase a Day Parking pass. 

All Travel Packages come with roundtrip transportation to and from the festival grounds for all four days. Details about the Travel Package shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the festival, but we can guarantee you will have a ride there in time for the music, and a ride back to the hotel afterwards!

If you choose to forgo the shuttle, you can purchase a Day Parking pass.

No. Travel Packages come with GA Festival Passes which only include access to the GA campgrounds. Anyone entering Glen Close, The Full Monde, or Bonus Track campgrounds must have a Glen Close, The Full Monde, or Bonus Track pass.

Yes - select 'Family Camping' from the GA Car Camping - Thursday Arrival options when checking out for access to the Family Camping lot. Family Camping is for families and those looking for a quieter camping option. Get a good night's sleep with quiet hours enforced after music ends nightly.

Family camping is located in the GA campgrounds on the South side of the property approximately 0.5 miles (10 minute walk) from the festival entrance.

No. All Family Camping campsites are car camping sites.

You may camp in your car in the GA or Glen Close Car Camping campgrounds only. For the safety of all campers, absolutely NO running vehicles are permitted in the campgrounds.

Every vehicle entering the grounds will require a separate camping vehicle pass. These passes are sold on a per vehicle basis, so you can save money and reduce your environmental impact by carpooling.

Car Camping campsites include parking for one (1) vehicle up to 8’ wide and 19’ in length.

No tow-behind pop-ups, teardrops, campers or trailers of any kind. Even if they fit in a 10’x30’ space, any and all tow-behinds must have an RV pass and be parked in RV camping.

Your vehicle must fit within the footprint of your campsite. Campsites vary in size based on the campground - refer to the Camping & RVs page for details.

The deadline to request an exchange of your GA Car Camping pass for a GA Tent Only Camping pass has passed.

If you are planning to camp, you or someone in your group must have a valid camping pass (GA, Bonus Track, Glen Close or The Full Monde) regardless of whether you plan to bring a vehicle.

If no one in your group is bringing a vehicle to the festival, you can purchase a GA Tent Only Camping Pass. This pass grants you access to a GA Tent Only campsite where you can set up camp for the weekend. There will be pedestrian entrances at camping check in to validate your GA Tent Only camping pass and direct you to a campsite.

GA Tent Only Camping is located in the GA campgrounds near festival shuttle pick up / drop off.

Vehicles are not permitted in the GA Tent Only Camping lot. You can purchase an Overnight Parking pass, park your vehicle there and walk your gear to your campsite in the GA Tent Only Camping lot.

Your friends can purchase an Overnight Parking pass, park their vehicle there and walk their gear to your campsite in the GA Tent Only Camping lot.

GA Car Camping and GA Tent Only Camping are located in different lots for the safety of all campers. Therefore, you need the same type of pass to camp close to each other. However, both GA Car Camping and GA Tent Only Camping are located in the GA campgrounds so you'll be able visit your friends at their campsite.

Yes! There will be pedestrian entrances at camping check in to validate your GA Car Camping pass and direct you to a campsite.

GA camping includes access to shared portable bathroom and shower facilities, as well as Camping Pods equipped with knowledgeable staff, free water refill, ice sales, charging, trash/recycling drop off, and shared charcoal grills. Food, beverage, and convenience items are available for purchase at select Camping Pod locations in the campgrounds.

You bet! Outside food and beverage is permitted in the campgrounds. However, all vehicles are subject to search, no glass is permitted, and no unauthorized vending.

You may camp in your RV in the GA, Bonus Track or Glen Close RV campgrounds only. If you are bringing an RV or oversized vehicle (larger than a 15 person passenger van, no box trucks) then the vehicle will require an RV camping vehicle pass.

Yes, as long as it fits within the footprint of your RV campsite. All RV campsites are 25 x 45.

Pop-up campers, pull behind travel trailers and RVs are not allowed in tent camping campsites. Please purchase a RV Camping pass if you plan on bringing any of these.

No. Only tow vehicles and/or RV’s are permitted in the GA, Bonus Track or Glen Close RV campgrounds. Additional vehicles may purchase an Overnight Parking pass to park for the weekend and join their friends in the campgrounds.

No. Shade and pop-up tents are permitted in RV camping lots, however tent camping inside RV camping lots is NOT permitted.

GA RV Camping is located in the GA campgrounds on the South side of the property. Powered GA RV sites are approximately 0.5 miles (10 minute walk) from the festival entrance. Dry RV sites are approximately 0.8 miles (15 minute walk) from the festival entrance.

You will be prompted to select either 30 AMP or 50 AMP power service when purchasing your RV Camping pass via AXS. Please determine whether your RV will require 30 AMP or 50 AMP power before purchasing your passes. If you selected the incorrect power hookup, please reach out to AXS Tickets to update your order.

No. We can not allow uncredentialed guests into the campgrounds for safety reasons. All guests entering the campgrounds must have a Mondegreen pass in order to enter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but for the safety of all guests, we cannot allow exceptions to this rule. We recommend identifying a public location (i.e. a park-and-ride) nearby to have your RV delivered for you to pick up and drive into the campgrounds.

You are welcome to run a generator at your RV campsite ONLY, but it must be stored and operated properly. All generators are subject to inspection by the City of Dover Fire Marshall and festival staff. Generators may NOT be used in any other camping lots.

If your generator is excessively loud or disruptive, you may be asked to shut it off. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

No! The parking staff will direct you to your camping area when you arrive. Groups who wish to camp in the same vicinity should plan to meet far from the festival grounds to line up their vehicles and stay together prior to entering the gates. It will not be possible to hold spaces for other vehicles arriving later.

Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

If you plan to drive in and out of the event grounds over the weekend, you should purchase Day Parking or an Overnight Parking pass.

If a car is parked and left unattended on any public road it WILL BE TOWED at the owner’s expense.

It is ESSENTIAL that all vehicle lanes be kept clear at all times. Please help us by reminding your neighbors that this is for your safety as well as theirs.

Camping check in will be available beginning Wednesday, August 14 for pass types that include Early Wednesday Arrival, or Thursday, August 15 through Saturday, August 17. Check-in hours are posted in the Camping Guide.

Once you are parked in a camping area you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. This is for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

If you must leave early, your vehicle will not be able to re-enter once it has left the campgrounds.

Yes, but not vice versa. Anyone entering Bonus Track, Glen Close, or The Full Monde camping must have a Glen Close, Bonus Track or The Full Monde camping wristband.

All Full Monde RV Rental purchasers will be responsible for any damage to RVs, will abide by all applicable rules and regulations and will be required to enter into a user rental agreement at check-in. Purchasers will be required to place a security deposit via credit card authorization prior to arrival.

More information around your security deposit will be communicated prior to the festival.

Yes, you can purchase Overnight Parking passes for your other cars.

Yes. Pre-set The Full Monde Glamping tents will be grouped by type, with exception of guests with an ADA accommodation that requires the unit location to be adjusted.

We are not accepting proximity requests at this time. If you are hoping to camp near your friends, we recommend you arrive to the campgrounds together so you can check in at the same time. Please note, you must have the same pass type (RV Rental / Bell Tent Rental, etc.) in order to camp next to each other.

You may ride a bicycle to Mondegreen. However, NO bicycles are allowed in the Campgrounds or Festival venue. Do NOT lock your bicycle to gate openings or closings, or any art installations or they will be considered surrendered.

Yes! Soft-sided collapsible strollers and wagons are permitted. A child of appropriate age must be present.

Mondegreen is a cashless event. Accepted credit card payments include any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or Union Pay logo. Accepted contactless payments include Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet and contactless cards.
